Private Walking Tour - Fort Canning Park and Clark Quay (4 hours)
With a background in management and education, I bring a thoughtful and well-researched approach to guiding. As a licensed Singapore Tourist Guide, I enjoy bringing Singapore’s history and culture to life through stories, people, and places. On this walking tour of Fort Canning Park and Clarke Quay, discover the stories behind two places that played an important role in Singapore’s journey. Explore Fort Canning’s links to Singapore’s early history, colonial past, and changing landscape, before making your way to Clarke Quay and the Singapore River, once at the heart of the city’s trade and daily life. Along the way, I share fascinating stories about the people, events, architecture, and communities that shaped Singapore. My tours are relaxed, interactive, and easy to follow. I go beyond the usual landmarks to help you understand how Singapore grew from a trading port into the vibrant city it is today. Come walk with me and discover the stories that bring Singapore’s past to life.
