Venice : Hop on Board to Discover Local Flavours
In Sant’Erasmo, nestled in the heart of the Venetian lagoon, guests will live a unique experience inside the headquarters of a local association, immersed in a natural and lush environment. Here they will have the opportunity to meet the producers themselves, who will passionately tell the tradition and techniques of cultivation and processing of the typical products of the island. During the stop, you will be able to taste a careful selection of local specialties, including jams, compotes, honeys, essential oils, natural liqueurs and other preparations based on medicinal and aromatic plants. This tasting experience, included in the tour, offers an authentic immersion in the genuine flavors of the territory, accompanied by the possibility to buy the products directly, taking home a piece of the lagoon. A moment of discovery, conviviality and respect for the agricultural tradition of Sant’Erasmo, which makes this tour an unforgettable sensory journey.
