Delphi, Thermopylae & Meteora 2-Day Private Tour from Athens
Some places are too special for a rushed day trip. On this private 2-day tour you see three of Greece's greatest sites at an easy pace, with a night in Kalambaka at the foot of Meteora. Your English-speaking driver picks you up in Athens in an air-conditioned Mercedes with Wi-Fi and bottled water. Day one takes you to Delphi, once the "navel of the world", to explore the sanctuary of Apollo and the museum, then lunch in the village. On the drive north you stop at Thermopylae, where Leonidas and his 300 Spartans made their stand. In the evening you reach Kalambaka. Day two belongs to Meteora: monasteries perched on giant rock pillars, with views you won't forget. Then you relax on the drive back to Athens.
