We start with a relaxed 1-hour cruise along Gran Canaria's volcanic south coast — cliffs, coves, and views you won't get from the beach. Back at the dock in Puerto de Mogán, boat moored, the tasting begins: a 3-course Canarian menu (artisanal cheeses, Chorizo de Teror, olive oil, seasonal fruit, homemade yogurt), each course paired with a different Canarian wine — rosé, aged white, and semi-sweet Listán.
