MEDITERRANEAN MASTER Class by Master Chef
Fantastic hands-on cooking class This was absolutely the best hands-on cooking experience we've ever had. We've done cooking classes before but this experience was unique in that we started in the market - looking at and purchasing the fresh produce and fish that we were going to prepare (based on a conversation about food preferences and allergies with the Chef.) Then at the very well equipped and modern cooking school, we did the work with guidance and clear instructions. We cleaned and prepared grilled vegetables, fish carpaccio, risotto, fresh bread, baked sea bass and a creme caramel for dessert. This was not only a fun, family experience but it was delicious!” *this was only one of reviews from guests who have enjoyed Split Cooking Class - great chef, great ingredients, great wines, professional training kitchen, totally hands on class and recipes to explore from Association of Chefs all year round Mediterranean Master Class by Master Chef includes Olive oil i Wine Academy
