Verona Small-Group Cooking Class: Fresh Pasta and a Spritz
Immerse yourself in the culinary traditions of Italy with a vibrant cooking class in the heart of Verona. Over two hours, a local chef will guide you through the art of making fresh pasta from scratch, sharing secrets passed down through generations. Roll your own dough, learn traditional techniques, and understand the seasonal sauces that elevate the dish. Then, dive into the world of Italian Spritz, selecting your favorite from Aperol, Campari, or Select, while discovering the unique flavors of each. After cooking, savor your creations alongside your homemade Spritz, and take home a recipe booklet to recreate the experience in your own kitchen.
