Our experience comes from direct contact with producers from Peru and Ecuador, from knowing their lands, their varieties, and the traditions surrounding this plant for thousands of years. You will taste three single-origin pure chocolates, carefully selected, without sugar or additives, and discover their differences through the senses. The tasting is personally guided by the founder of Sumay Cacao, who shares her experiences, travels, and knowledge about cacao and the communities that cultivate it. An intimate, close, and participatory experience, in a small space specializing in the heart of Ronda, where every cup has a story to tell.
