Guided tour on the Schweigen Rechtenbach wine trail
Discover the Palatinate where the German Wine Route begins: on a personal wine hike through the vineyards of Schweigen-Rechtenbach. On the first German wine trail, you will learn how viticulture, landscape, and history have shaped this special region. Your guide Thorsten Eiselstein is Culture and Wine Ambassador of the Palatinate and a recognized consultant for German Wine (DWI). During the approximately two-hour tour, you will taste four selected wines from winemakers in Schweigen-Rechtenbach and get to know the Palatine wine world right where their wines are made. A relaxed combination of wine hiking, wine tasting, regional history, and authentic Palatine way of life.
