North Shore Oahu Distillery Tour, Tasting & Craft Cocktail
Skip the crowded tourist stops and spend an hour where Oahu's plantation past meets its craft-spirits present. Haleiwa Distilling Company operates inside the historic Old Waialua Sugar Mill on the North Shore, and this one-hour guided tour puts you on the working distillery floor, not behind a rope. Your guide, often one of the distillers, walks you through the whole journey from local ingredients to bottle: fermentation, distillation on our custom copper still, and the barrel aging that gives each spirit its island character. Ask anything. Talking story is half the fun. Then the good part: a guided tasting flight in our tasting room. Sample our small-batch lineup of rum, whiskey, gin and moonshine, and enjoy a handcrafted signature cocktail. Afterward, stay as long as you like. Our bar is open until 9 PM and bottles are available to take home.
