Oahu Private Speakeasy Private Distillery Tasting and Cocktail
Every distillery has a tasting room. Very few have a speakeasy hidden inside a historic sugar mill, and almost nobody gets in. This is your invitation. Your VIP experience begins one-on-one with our distilling team: personalized tastings and a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our small-batch spirits. Ask anything and go as deep into the craft as you like. Nothing here is scripted. Then we take you through to the executive speakeasy, our private VIP-access-only lounge. Settle in for a full tasting flight including flagship Hawaii Mana Rum, our whiskey, gin and moonshine, capped with a handcrafted cocktail built by the people who distilled it. Before you leave, ask about filling your own bottle to take home. Seatings are small and run weekend afternoons only, so space is limited. All guests must be 21 or older with valid photo ID.
