Sample the generational family-run kitchens: NO BIG PORTIONS BUT A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING. We will tear into scorching focaccia straight from ancient wood-fired ovens, share a premium spread of fresh burrata, capocollo and local wine inside a historic salumeria, visit Octopus Alley, Orecchiette street and have some, and finish with the sacred daily ritual of artisanal gelato or a perfectly brewed caffè.
