Florence: Pasta & Tiramisu Class in a Local Home with Wine
Not a cooking school, but a real Florentine home just steps from the San Lorenzo Central Market. We welcome you with an aperitivo of Tuscan cured meats, cheeses and local wine, then it's hands in the dough: handmade tagliatelle with traditional ragù and tiramisu made from scratch. Small groups of up to 8 people, so everyone gets step-by-step guidance: perfect for beginners and food lovers alike. At the end we all sit down together to enjoy what we've cooked, like guests at a friend's table. Recipes included, so you can recreate them at home.
