Workshop
Workshop - codfish cakes - dare to prepare them
The cod cake is one of the greatest relics of Portuguese gastronomy. Participating in the workshop is not just learning a recipe; it is mastering a technical art that turns simple ingredients into a national icon. We've taught the exact proportion between the broken cod and the potato. How the pulp should be molded without grabbing, keeping itself light. The exact point to golden out without drowning inside in the frying, like getting a steady texture. We end with the tasting of the prepared product, accompanied by 1 glass of wine or 1 beer on the terrace.
