Cook and Eat in a Local Milan Home, max 8 Guests
This experience takes place at Casa di Alessio, a real Milan home, not a studio or a cooking school. You’re invited into a lived-in apartment where I host small groups (max 8 guests) for a relaxed, personal evening focused on sharing food, conversation, and time together. There’s no formal teaching style or performance, it's just a genuine Italian home cooking experience. You can actively cook handmade ravioli and tiramisù from scratch, or simply enjoy watching, tasting, and being part of the moment. The atmosphere is intentionally slow and social, more like being welcomed as a guest at a dinner table than attending a class. Everything happens in Cimiano, a quiet residential neighbourhood away from tourist areas, offering a more authentic side of Milan most visitors never see. It’s not about learning techniques — it’s about living an evening the Italian way: around a table, with good food, wine, and conversation.
