Tokyo 2-Hour Tsukiji Fish Market Tour & Sushi Making Class
Get two Tsukiji Fish Market highlights in one easy experience: a market tour led by a host connected to the market, plus sushi making—all in about 2 hours. Explore Tsukiji Fish Market with a local host, walk through lively lanes and specialty shops, discover unfamiliar Japanese ingredients, and learn how they are used in everyday cooking. The market walk is limited to 8 guests, making it easy to ask questions and explore at a comfortable pace. Then walk to our nearby Tsukiji classroom and make 10 pieces of sushi, including fresh tuna and salmon nigiri, inari sushi, and a tuna roll. Arrange them in a handcrafted wooden bento box, try fresh wasabi, and enjoy your handmade sushi for lunch. One team member has family ties to Tsukiji spanning more than 100 years, helping connect the market walk with the food culture you experience in class. Designed for travelers who want both a Tsukiji Fish Market tour and sushi making class without spending half a day. No cooking experience is needed.
