Meet your Hosts We are Gisela and Tony, founders of Sumaq Ñawi, a Cusco-based project that shares Peru through its food, traditions, and local culture. We believe that cooking and sharing a meal is one of the best ways to connect with people and understand a place. Gisela is passionate about conscious cooking and local ingredients, while Tony (Pawkarmayta) is a Cusco artist deeply connected to Andean traditions. Together, we invite you to discover Peru through its flavors, stories, and hospitality.
