Small-Group Ramen & Gyoza Cooking with Tokyo Mom (Vegan OK)
Hi, I’m Aki—your Tokyo mom for the day. Join a warm, home-style cooking experience where you’ll make ramen and gyoza from scratch in a small, friendly group. This is more than a cooking class. It’s a chance to slow down, cook together, and share a genuine moment in Tokyo. I’ll guide you step by step—from kneading noodles to preparing a rich, comforting broth and handmade dumplings. Many guests say it feels like visiting a local home rather than joining a typical class. As a former backpacker and mother of three, I love connecting with people from around the world and sharing everyday Japanese food culture in a personal way. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or with friends, you’ll feel relaxed and welcome here. Vegan and other dietary options are available upon request. Please let me know when booking.
