Paris Montmartre and Moulin Rouge Walking Tour with French Pastry
Your tour starts in front of the Moulin Rouge at Place Blanche. Your guide points out the famous red windmill and tells you how this corner of Paris became the beating heart of cabaret nightlife. Please note: you see the Moulin Rouge from outside. Show tickets are not part of this tour. From there, you head uphill into Montmartre. Your guide brings the neighbourhood to life with stories of the painters and performers who lived, worked and partied here, and shows you the best spots to point your camera. Stop at a local café and pick your treat: a buttery croissant, a pain au chocolat or a macaron, paired with a coffee or a hot chocolate. Grab your pastry and drink and enjoy them as you carry on exploring, the way Parisians do. The walk ends at the top of the hill, near the Sacré-Cœur basilica. You’re free to stay as long as you like afterwards. Your guide is happy to suggest what to do next. This tour runs in English. The route is uphill with steps, so wear comfortable shoes.
