Thursday Morning SUP Yoga Class on the Sea in Puerto Vallarta
Our SUP yoga experience offers a unique blend of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! What sets us apart is the chance to practice yoga on paddleboards, fully immersed in the stunning coastal scenery of the Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood. Imagine flowing through yoga poses while gently floating on the ocean, with the vibrant coastline as your backdrop – it’s an experience that truly connects you with nature and adds a fun challenge to your practice. Unlike traditional yoga classes, this SUP yoga session offers 30 extra minutes of free paddling time after the class, so you can explore, relax, or simply soak up the peaceful vibes of the ocean. Our expert instructors ensure a welcoming environment for all levels, making it easy to enjoy this refreshing experience even if you’re new to yoga or paddleboarding.
