Brazilian BBQ Class in Rio (3.5h): 10 Recipes & Bottomless Drinks
Most churrasco tours just feed you. Here, you become part of the party. Guided by two lively hosts, everyone takes a role: flipping picanha, toasting cassava farofa, stirring the vinaigrette, or mixing tropical cocktails. It’s collaborative, fun, and truly Brazilian. You’ll taste premium cuts like cupim — a marbled “Brazilian wagyu” — and learn recipes that locals swear by for every gathering. Drinks flow freely, music keeps the vibe alive, and even if it rains our covered patio guarantees the night goes on. This is more than dinner: it’s your backstage pass to Brazilian hospitality, where strangers turn into friends over smoky grills and clinking glasses. With personalized attention, every guest leaves saying, 'This was the highlight of my trip to Rio.'
