Six Guests at the Grillmaster’s Table: Buenos Aires Beef & Wine
Join Betty and Marcelo for a more intimate version of their family asado experience, limited to a maximum of 6 guests. For this VIP experience, you will take a seat directly at Marcelo’s grill bar, just in front of the parrilla. Marcelo will introduce the different cuts, explain how he chooses and prepares them, and share the techniques he has developed over many years of cooking asado. The menu is served in several stages, allowing you to taste different cuts and preparations while enjoying a selection of Argentine wines. The small group format makes this experience particularly personal. With no more than 6 guests at the grill bar, there is plenty of time for conversation, questions and interaction with Marcelo. This is not a restaurant demonstration or a cooking class. It is an opportunity to sit close to the fire, share a meal with an Argentine family and experience asado from the parrillero’s side of the grill.
