3:00 p.m – Pick-up in Hanoi Old Quarter Xin Chào! Welcome to Vietnam! Meet your guide at your hotel or the meeting point. On the way to Cat Linh Station, hear a brief intro about Hanoi’s culture and cuisine. 3:15 p.m – Cat Linh–Ha Dong Sky Train Ride Hanoi’s modern Sky Train and enjoy city views before arriving at Ha Dong Station. 3:45 p.m – Transfer to Duong Noi Village Travel to a local host family’s home to experience authentic Northern Vietnamese life. 4:00 p.m – Cultural Exchange Enjoy tea and fruits, learn to make spring rolls (Nem), and chat with locals and students. 4:30 p.m – Cooking Class Prepare and fry your own spring rolls and dipping sauce with your host’s guidance. 6:00 p.m – Dinner and Return Share a homemade meal, then return to Hanoi with lasting memories.
