Italian Dessert Class: Panna cotta, Tart & Affogato Gelato Making
Step into Rome’s only professional commercial kitchen open to travelers and discover the secrets of authentic Italian desserts. In this unique setting, normally reserved for pastry chefs, you’ll use high-quality ingredients to prepare classics like Nonna’s tart, panna cotta, and gelato affogato. Guided step by step by Chef Nazzareno or one of his pastry chefs, you’ll receive personal attention throughout the class, making it fun and accessible for both adults and children. Families especially love the warm atmosphere, the welcome toast with Prosecco or juice, and the certificate of participation that becomes a sweet keepsake to take home—together with your handmade desserts.
