During the workshop you will discover the authentic traditions of Roman home cooking. I will teach you how to cook two classic recipes from my family: semolina gnocchi and meatballs with sauce, just like my grandmother makes them! We will do every preparation step together and you can easily replicate everything we cooked together at home. Please let me know in advance of any intolerances or food preferences. - For this menu it is not possible to request an entirely vegetarian version, in any case the gnocchi and sauces do not contain traces of meat; - It is possible to request a lactose-free menu; - There is no menu for celiacs;
