Every night 21 artists on stage invite you to share a unique night. GOURMET DINNER: Entress: Example: Gravlax of pink salmon on cous cous hydrated in citrus fruits with tomato, olives and tapenale sauce. Main courses: Example: Angus steak (Bife de Chorizo) with rosti potatoes and green bouquet. Desserts: Example: Tocinillo del cielo¨ with cane honey and cream. TANGO AND FOLKLORE SHOW With a series of 350 especially selected photographs placed on its walls, a stage box where, at some moment during the day, a live large bandoneon can be heard, and a moderate and elegant decoration, it will recreate the atmosphere and the environment of the 20th century for the visitors
