Then it is water time at our riverside base camp: float the Mae Taeng River in a big tube with your English-speaking river guide, take on our natural SaGee waterfall slide, and refuel with a Thai lunch at camp. Small comforts are part of the day - hot showers, lockers, and a waterproof phone pouch to borrow - so you head back to Chiang Mai comfortable, not soggy.
