This experience DOES NOT include tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial. Sign up for the USS Arizona Memorial Standby Queue located at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center if you do not have advanced reservation boat tickets for the USS Arizona Memorial. Standby Queue is free. Reserve your boat tickets in advance at recreation.gov ($1 reservation fee per ticket).
