We have partnered with the women of the neighbourhood, who prepare a traditional three-course meal using locally sourced ingredients, spices, and recipes passed down through generations. Rather than dining at a restaurant, you are welcomed into a local home and invited to share a dastarkhan—the traditional spread of food and hospitality. The meal offers a taste of dishes and cooking traditions that are rarely found on restaurant menus, while the conversation around the table gives you a glimpse into the everyday culture, memories, and traditions of the old city.
