Explore Ischia and La Mortella Garden by Walking and Ferry
Ischia is a beautiful island located in the northern part of the Bay of Naples. Famous for its lush gardens & charming spa. After completing the check-in procedures, board the ferry and enjoy the journey to Ischia. Upon arrival at the port, jump on board a minibus for a panoramic tour of the island. Travel through some of Ischia’s most picturesque areas, including Lacco Ameno and Sant’Angelo, while admiring the island’s beautiful coastline, villages and natural scenery. Enjoy some free time for lunch. In the afternoon, continue to the Giardini La Mortella, located in Forio. Created and lovingly cared for over several decades by English composer William Walton and his Argentine wife, Susana, these magnificent botanical gardens are home to more than 300 rare and exotic plant species, as well as elegant statues, fountains and waterfalls. Take your time to explore the peaceful pathways. At the end of the visit, return by minibus to Ischia Porto and board the ferry back to Sorrento.
