2-Day Ephesus & Pamukkale Tour from Izmir
Journey through the ancient and natural wonders of western Türkiye on a two-day tour from Izmir. Begin at Ephesus, one of the world’s best-preserved Greco-Roman cities, and walk among the Library of Celsus, Great Theatre, Temple of Hadrian, Roman baths, Agora, and marble streets. Continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, believed to be her final residence, before visiting the remains of the Temple of Artemis, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. After lunch at a local restaurant, travel through the Aegean countryside to your thermal hotel in Pamukkale. On the second day, admire Pamukkale’s brilliant white travertine terraces and explore Hierapolis, an ancient spa city known for its theatre, necropolis, and sacred ruins. You may also choose to swim among submerged columns in Cleopatra’s Ancient Pool before lunch and the comfortable return journey to Izmir.
