Zipaquirá and Andrés Beef Chia
A great combined tour that offers a perfect experience of Colombian culture, history and cuisine, starting with exploring the underground wonders of the Zipaquirá salt mine! It is an ancient salt mine converted into a dazzling cathedral with a unique play of light and shadow located 180 meters underground that represents one of the most outstanding achievements of Colombian architecture, as well as being truly a faith for miners. You will have a guided tour through the Stations of the Cross (14 in total), which is a representation of the last steps of Jesus, ending in the Great Central Dome (a three-part cavernous underground cathedral) where the largest underground salt cross is located. Then we will go Andrés Carne de Res in Chia, where you can enjoy a variety of delicious Colombian dishes, accompanied by lively music, dancing and a local party!
