A typical selection of hot dishes include made-to-order omelets, eggs benedict, ham or ribeye, sausage and bacon, grits and grillades, gumbo, jambalaya, turtle soup, red beans and rice, fried catfish, duck a l'Orange, creamed spinach, and shrimp etouffee among many others.
