Toledo & Don Quixote's Windmills: Day Trip from Madrid

About

Discover two historical destinations in one day: the windmills of Consuegra in La Mancha and Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the City of Three Cultures. Meet your guide in Madrid, then board a 1.5-hour coach to La Mancha—stopping at the Mirador del Valle for views of Toledo and the Tagus River. In Consuegra, visit the historical Molino Rucio, learn about the windmills linked to the Spanish novel _Don Quixote_, and enjoy free time for lunch. In Toledo, explore sights such as Plaza de Zocodover, the Toledo Cathedral, and the Jewish Quarter. Return to Madrid at the scheduled time with drop-off near the Royal Palace.
